CDL Truck Driver - Lowboy Driver
Company Overview:
Inland Crane provides crane service and other related specialty services for large and small projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. Inland has been serving contractors for over 30 years.
Inland is looking for a lowboy truck driver to join our team. We look for and hire the best and offer competitive pay and benefits including retirement and health benefits.
The driver must have a clean driving record with at least 3-years experience. Double’s endorsement a plus but not required. Out of town travel is sometimes required. Must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Proficient in safely loading, hauling, and unloading equipment as directed.
- Loading a trailer to optimize the legal axle requirements.
- Transporting over-dimensional loads and heavy loads.
- Able to perform pre-trip inspections and make mechanical adjustments as necessary to haul the loads
- Must have and maintain all DOT requirements for CDL drivers.
- Know and follow applicable laws for City, County, State and Federal roads that will be traveled for specific loads and directed by your supervisor.
- Operates tools and equipment to perform support tasks.
- Provides other duties as needed specific to the task including using a shovel, pack blocking, rigging, and/or tools around the jobsite.
- Drive forklifts on jobsites and drive CDL company vehicles as directed.
- Keep records of loads hauled so that they can be loaded properly multiple times.

- Dedicated and hard working
- Applicant if hired will become a member of our construction crew, it should not be expected that crane operation will be full time. We need applicants that are willing to work in all aspects of our construction crews while they are not needed in the crane.

NCCCO Crane Operator
Company Overview:
Inland Crane provides crane service and other related specialty services for large and small projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. Inland has been serving contractors for over 30 years and has cranes from 6 ton to 440 tons.
Inland Crane is looking for a NCCCO crane operator to join our team. We look for and hire the best and offer competitive pay and benefits including retirement and health benefits.
Responsibilities:
- The safe operation of company owned cranes
- Daily & monthly maintenance and inspections
- Assembly and disassembly of cranes for transport
- Understand and follow all industry recognized signals and rigging practices
- Ensure project safety rules and environmental regulations are always followed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years previous crane operating experience
- NCCCO Certified
- Proven communication, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate other various construction equipment is a major plus, other equipment includes excavators, forklifts, manlifts, back
- hoes, dozers, graders, etc.

Responsible for performing PM and corrective maintenance on diesel engines, booms, electrical systems (including troubleshooting onboard computer systems), hydraulic systems (booms, outriggers, pumps), brakes and other basic components
Must have the ability to work on hydraulic and conventional cranes, forklifts, tractor trailers and miscellaneous equipment
Must work well and communicate effectively with operators and other mechanics
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3- years-experience in crane maintenance
Mechanical aptitude
Experience in crane operations
Must work safely in a fast-paced environment – many times under pressure
Experience in diesel, gasoline and propane engines
Proven ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics
Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical boards and crane computer systems
Pass drug test, fit for duty and a clean background check
